Our Field Service Fleet is always ready to ensure your systems stay operational.

Boiler for Steam Testing
BOILER FOR STEAM TESTING

LISCO proudly operates one of only two boilers dedicated to PRV testing in the Freeport area, providing our clients with specialized, high-quality steam testing services. This unique capability allows us to perform detailed and accurate tests to ensure your plant's steam systems remain fully contained and operational.

Our technicians are available around the clock to help you avoid costly steam leaks, ensuring the reliability and safety of your critical systems. With our advanced equipment, we ensure that your valuable steam stays exactly where it belongs—within your plant.

Teardown Area
TEARDOWN AREA

In the teardown area of our shop, each valve undergoes a meticulous process to ensure every component is thoroughly inspected and prepared for repair or reassembly. The disassembly process includes an initial parts inspection, where detailed notations are made to assess the condition of each piece.

This crucial step allows our technicians to identify any damage or wear. Once inspected, parts are either sandblasted to remove debris or contaminants are washed using specialized cleaning techniques. This careful attention to detail ensures that each valve is restored to optimal working condition, ready to meet the demands of your operation.

Lift Assist
LIFT ASSIST

A Lift Assist is a device or system that enables testing of pressure relief or safety valves without the need to dismantle or shut down the equipment. By applying a controlled external force, the Lift Assist gently lifts the valve off its seat to simulate an overpressure condition, verifying that the valve opens at the correct pressure and ensuring its reliability without disrupting plant operations or halting production.

Wide Range of Test Flanges
WIDE RANGE OF TEST FLANGES

Multiple sizes and flange ratings are available to accommodate any valve size or pressure rating required by your system. Whether you're dealing with small-diameter valves for precise, low-pressure applications or large-diameter, high-pressure valves for industrial operations, our extensive inventory ensures we can meet a wide range of specifications.

We offer flanges in a variety of materials and pressure ratings, including ANSI, DIN, and API standards, ensuring compatibility with various valve types and ensuring the highest level of safety and performance across different applications.

Pressure Testing Range
PRESSURE TESTING RANGE

LISCO's versatile testing capabilities are designed to accommodate both tank vent and PRV systems across a wide range of pressures. Whether handling low-pressure applications, such as water column testing, or managing high-pressure environments, LISCO is equipped to ensure that all systems meet rigorous safety and performance standards. This adaptability allows us to serve diverse industrial needs, ensuring that every valve is thoroughly tested, regardless of its size or pressure rating.

Control Valve Testing
CONTROL VALVE TESTING

Our technicians are highly trained in calibrating control valves, ensuring that they perform with precision across a wide range of applications. From traditional analog systems to modern digital interfaces, we handle the entire spectrum of control valve technologies. Each calibration is meticulously executed to meet the specific requirements of the system, guaranteeing that the valves operate at peak efficiency.

Lapping
LAPPING

Lapping is a critical process in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of Pressure Relief Valves (PRVs). This precise method involves fine-tuning valve surfaces to create an exceptionally smooth and flat finish, which is crucial for achieving a perfect seal, preventing leaks, and maintaining the correct pressure thresholds.

At LISCO, we are fully equipped to handle PRV components of various sizes, whether it's for small, precision valves or larger, high-capacity systems. Our expert technicians use advanced lapping equipment and techniques to restore valve components to their ideal specifications, ensuring reliable and consistent operation in even the most demanding environments.

High Pressure
HIGH PRESSURE

At LISCO, we utilize advanced lift devices specifically designed for high-pressure pressure relief valves (PRVs), ensuring precise operation at critical moments. These devices are engineered to activate the lift mechanism exactly when needed, allowing the PRV to function as designed under extreme pressure conditions. By ensuring the lift happens with perfect accuracy, we help prevent overpressure situations, safeguarding your equipment and enhancing system reliability. This precision-driven approach allows for safer and more efficient handling of high-pressure PRVs in any application.

Clean Room
CLEAN ROOM

Solvent cleaning is a critical procedure for repairing valves used in high-stakes process services, such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries. This meticulous process involves the use of specialized solvents to remove contaminants, oils, greases, and residues that could compromise valve integrity and performance.

It is particularly essential for valves operating in environments involving hazardous substances, such as chlorine, oxygen, or hydrogen fluoride, where even the slightest contamination can lead to severe safety hazards or operational failures.

At LISCO, our solvent cleaning procedures ensure that valves are restored to pristine conditions, meeting stringent industry standards and enabling their safe and reliable use in critical applications. Whether for small-scale systems or large industrial operations, our expertise ensures that all cleaned valves meet the highest levels of cleanliness and functionality.

Locally Owned and Operated
LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED
